Return Policy

At Amani Dubai, we offer our customers a 30-day return policy.
This means you may request and send back your return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please note that under EU consumer regulations, the legal withdrawal period is 14 days. Our 30-day return policy extends this minimum period.

RETURN CONDITIONS

Returns are accepted only if the item is returned in the same condition in which it was received:

• unused and undamaged;
• complete and suitable for resale;
• packaging may be opened for inspection purposes, but the product must not show excessive signs of use or damage.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

If the return is made for personal reasons (for example, if you changed your mind), the direct return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns are processed through our international distribution center.
The exact return address will be provided after your return request has been approved.

If the return is due to our error (for example, a damaged or incorrect item), Amani Dubai will cover the return shipping costs.
In this case, we will provide the correct return address and instructions.

REFUNDS

• For returns made within the legal 14-day withdrawal period, the original shipping costs will also be refunded.

• For returns made after 14 days but within 30 days, only the product price will be refunded.

Refunds are processed within 14 calendar days after receiving and inspecting the returned item, using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless agreed otherwise.
